Path of Life

The Path of Life will help identify where you are at this juncture in your life, and enable you to identify those areas of your life that need improving.

Your Parth of Life is based on your responses to the survey, each life category is represented by a score. The higher the score the closer to 10 you are to achieving balance in that particular area of your life. This will give you a good indication of which areas of your life need to be worked on .

It is important to be honest with yourself when answering the questions in order to achieve a true picture of your personal situation.  Mark yourself out of 10, with 10 being perfection and 1 being the lowest.

  • Step 1 - Sleep

    How well do you sleep?

  • Step 2 - Family Life

    How happy is your family situation?

  • Step 3 - Social Life

    Judge yourself in the widest sense of 'social', be really honest - these scores are just for you.

  • Step 4 - Health

    Think about where improvements might be made and give yourself an honest score so make sure your score at this point is accurate.

  • Step 5 - Exercise

    If you are fit and active give yourself a high score. But if you are unfit give yourself a low score.

  • Step 6 - Self-Esteem

    How high is your feeling of self-esteem?, again a vital area for well-being.

  • Step 7 - Personal Development

    If you are always keen to develop yourself you should give yourself a high score on the map.

  • Step 8 - Attitude

    Are you an optimist or a pessimist - a 10 or a 1? Or are you somewhere in between?

  • Step 9 - Confidence

    If you are super-confident give yourself a 10. If you are crippled by doubt give yourself a 1.

  • Step 10 - Career

    Think about your current employment. Are you really happy and fulfilled? Give yourself a ten if your job and career couldn't be better.

  • Step 11 - Finance

    This section is not about bank balances, rather it concerns your attitude towards money. A 10 means that you have no difficulty dealing with money, while a 1 means it's affecting your whole life.

  • Step 12 - Goals

    Do you have goals? And are you getting on with achieving them, no matter what gets in the way? If you have clear goals and are doing something about attaining them, give yourself a higher score.

  • Step 13 - Spiritual

    Spiritual beliefs, conventional or otherwise, play a part to a greater or lesser degree in most people's lives. How happy are you with their beliefs or the amount of time devoted to them.


    NB. If spiritual beliefs play no part in your life, substitute another category of your choosing. (Some sports professionals choose to add a category for their particular sport)
